The hotel was relaxing and beautiful. the staff was excellent and offered excellent service. I booked a brand-new and comfy room with a balcony. the location was good and perfect in a very quiet area, next to a very good restaurant, the medical clinic, and the river. I appreciated the direct connection to Pietrapazza.

The rooms here were great with all the necessary amenities including a shower, hairdryers, and a bidet, plus the location was fantastic in the heart of the city.

We loved the superior room with a balcony; it made us feel right at home. the hotel's location by the river was fantastic. - the lunch at Pizzeria Prendi al Volo, just minutes away from the resort, offered a wide array of choices.

The outdoor thermal pools were a real treat, offering a warm and relaxing way to unwind after a day of exploring. The friendly and welcoming staff made me feel right at home from the start. The location was perfect for a peaceful getaway, surrounded by natural beauty.

the smoking around the outside pool area was unpleasant and went against the healthy and wellness-oriented atmosphere of the hotel. my stay was enjoyable, but there were a few areas with room for improvement.

The hotel staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The check-out time of 12 pm was flexible, allowing us to enjoy the pool until 2 pm.

We had a really relaxing stay at this hotel. the spa pool was amazing and had sulphur water which was great for the skin. We also loved the free refreshment water in the room and the comfortable accommodations. the breakfast had an extensive selection of cold buffet, meats, cheese, etc. We particularly enjoyed dining in the elegant restaurant and the outstanding service provided by the staff in everything we did. the location in the area made it easy to explore the village.

The wifi did not work in the room and was only available in the lounge area in the hotel.
